Regarding the 5th National Microfinance Members’ Summit
The Organizing Committee of the 5th National Microfinance Members’ Summit (NMMS), in its meeting held on 2082/06/10, has decided to host the summit on Chaitra 8–9, 2082 (March 22–23, 2026). The event will be organized under the initiative of leading institutions engaged in microfinance programs across Nepal, in coordination with the Centre for Self-help Development (CSD).
To ensure the successful execution of this landmark event, the following sub-committees have been formed:

It is also decided to hold two one-day Provincial Microfinance Members’ Summits this year; one is in Bagmati Province Summit and the other is in Madhesh Province Summit. The Bagmati Province Summit will be coordinated by Ms. Shova Bajracharya, CEO of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and the Madhesh Province Summit will be coordinated by Mr. Deepak Nidhi Tiwari, CEO of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd.by forming separate organizing committees through concerned cooperation in consultation with the prime microfinance operating organizations in the province.
The 5th National Microfinance Members Summit will serve as a unified platform for leaders, experts, practitioners, and stakeholders of the microfinance sector across Nepal. It will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, analyze challenges, and outline forward-looking strategies for strengthening and sustaining microfinance in Nepal.
