Mirmire Microfinance Development Bank Limited was incorporated on Poush 02, 2066 (Dec 17, 2009) under the Company Act, 2063 as a Public Limited Company. The Company has been licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank of Nepal) on Ashwin 07, 2067 to undertake retail microfinance in the specified districts of the country as a 19th Microfinance Bank in Nepal. The bank has commenced its full-fledged operation from Ashwin 26, 2067 from its registered office at Banepa Municipality, Ward No 05, Kavreplanchowk.
The basic inspiration behind the establishment of this bank is to reduce the gap between demand and supply of micro loan in rural areas with its various financial products specifically designed to cater disadvantaged and deprived people for making their life better.
